This Honey Mustard Salmon recipe requires no measuring and no cleanup! This is a perfect dish for busy weeknights when you are short on time or energy. Almost Too Easy Honey Mustard Salmon

You only need a few ingredients to make a delicious, easy salmon dish with no measuring or cleanup!

  • Total Time: 22 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray foil with cooking spray.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the foil. (Skinless fillets are fine too.) Sprinkle fish with salt, then squirt a stripe of mustard and a stripe of honey on top. Use your fingers to evenly spread the honey and mustard all over the top and sides of the fish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes longer. If fillets had skin, gently slide a spatula between the meat and skin to easily remove fish for serving. Enjoy!

What if you don’t have kosher salt? I recently tried salmon on a cruise, now I’m hooked…can’t wait to see try this!!!

Hi, Dani! You can just use regular table salt sparingly if that’s what you have (usually about half the amount of kosher salt called for). I used to watch a lot of Good Eats and America’s Test Kitchen, and they got me to switch to kosher salt. A cruise sounds fun, and I’m glad you found a new food to love on your trip!
