Oven Taquitos with Sriracha Salmon
Ingredients

  • 5ounces Chicken of the Sea Sriracha Flavored Salmon Pouches (2 packages),

  • 1/4cup reduced-fat sour cream,

  • 1/2cup shredded Mexican blend cheese,

  • 6 corn tortillas,

  • 1tablespoon vegetable oil,

  • pinch kosher salt,

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat, foil, or parchment paper.

  2. Stir together salmon, sour cream, and cheese until well combined.

  3. Spread the salmon mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla. Roll tortillas as tightly as possible (careful not to crack the tortillas), and place them seam side down with sides touching on prepared baking sheet.

  4. Lightly brush the tops of the rolled taquitos with oil (or spread it lightly over the surface with your fingers). Sprinkle lightly with salt.

  5. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until filling is hot and bubbly and tortillas are brown. Serve with any desired condiments for dipping.

Recipe Notes

If you are unable to find the Flavored Salmon Pouches, just use a plain salmon pouch and add sriracha or other hot sauce to taste.
