Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place a baking rack on top of the foil. Spray rack with cooking spray.
Cut slices of bacon in half crosswise (not lengthwise!). Cut pork tenderloin into chunks about 1″ by 2″. Wrap each chunk of pork with a slice of bacon, and place pork bites seam-side down on the prepared baking rack.
Use a basting brush to coat the outside of each pork bite with teriyaki sauce. Bake in preheated oven approximately 20 minutes or until outer layers are well browned.
