Baked Green Salsa Chicken

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat a 13 X 9-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts in pan, and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
  3. Pour salsa verde evenly over chicken.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  5. Top with pepper jack cheese, and bake for additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
