Coconut Lime Marinade
Lime juice, coconut milk, and seasonings make for tasty chicken or fish!

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, and add your choice of fish or chicken. Stir to coat.
  2. Marinade for at least 30 minutes before cooking on the grill or in a hot skillet. Serve with lime wedges if desired.
Recipe Notes

If you use the whole can of coconut milk, add an extra teaspoon of soy sauce and fish sauce.
