  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. I do not have a regular blender, so I put everything in a deep measuring cup and use a stick blender.
  2. Divide smoothies between two glasses, and serve with straws. Use drink umbrellas at your own risk.

For a richer drink with more tropical flavor, substitute coconut milk for the regular milk!
