Mesquite Pork and Apple Kebabs
Tender cubes of marinated pork and fresh apple pair perfectly in these easy kebabs!
Smithfield Mesquite Marinated Fresh Pork Tenderloin
cut into 1-1/2″ cubes
reserved juices from meat
diced into 1-1/2″ pieces
Gala, Fuji, or Granny Smith, diced into 1-1/2″ pieces
Preheat grill. While grill is heating, alternate pork, apple, and onion onto 5-6 metal or wooden skewers. (Put apple or onion at each end of the skewers to hold the tender pork in place.)
Brush or drizzle reserved juices over prepared skewers to lightly season the apples and onion.
Carefully place the skewers on the hot grill. Flip skewers a quarter turn every 5 minutes until all sides are brown and meat is cooked through.
