Instructions
Preheat grill. While grill is heating, alternate pork, apple, and onion onto 5-6 metal or wooden skewers. (Put apple or onion at each end of the skewers to hold the tender pork in place.)
Brush or drizzle reserved juices over prepared skewers to lightly season the apples and onion.
Carefully place the skewers on the hot grill. Flip skewers a quarter turn every 5 minutes until all sides are brown and meat is cooked through.
