Pork Loin Tips with Gravy

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed pork, and saute in butter until cooked through (about 7 minutes).
  2. Sprinkle flour over pork, and stir to coat.
  3. Pour in broth about a half cup at a time. Stir until smooth before adding more. Once all broth is added, simmer, stirring often, for about 5 minutes until gravy is thickened.
