(fresh chunky salsa works best)
Peel and mash avocado until smooth.
Stir in mayonnaise and salsa. Serve!
You can adjust the flavor with additional salt, cayenne pepper, or lime juice if desired.
If you use salsa verde instead of red salsa, you do not need to drain it. You just don’t want to stir in too much juice from the red salsa because it will make the color a bit brown.
