Heat a skillet over high heat. Cook tortillas in hot skillet for 30 seconds per side. (Follow instructions on package for more details.) Spread about a tablespoon of BBQ sauce down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup shredded cheese over the sauce, and arrange about 1/2 cup shredded pork over the cheese.
Fold both sides of the tortilla to the center (as shown in photo above). Place tortillas seam-side down in a 9 x 13″ baking dish. Lightly brush the tops of tortillas with oil before placing them in the hot oven.
Bake for 20 minutes, watching the flautas carefully during the last five minutes to make sure they don’t get overbrowned. Slice in half and serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping if desired.
