  1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice.
  2. Season fish. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Brown fish on both sides until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Slice sandwich rolls in half, and toast or broil the inside surfaces until lightly brown. Spread both sides with spicy mayo, and divide fish pieces onto the bottom slice of each roll.
  4. Top fish with tomato slices and lettuce, cover with top half of roll, and serve.
