- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1/2 ounce light rum
- 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1/4 ounce creme de coconut
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 4 ounce pineapple juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Also, add ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds to incorporate crème de coconut and allow pineapple juice to froth.
- Then, just strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes.
- Finally, garnish with pineapple or maraschino cherries if desired. You can also add some grated orange zest for an extra kick of flavor.
