- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cubed
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onions
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups mini penne pasta
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cubed chicken to the hot oil. Season with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onions and Italian seasoning. Cook and stir chicken until no longer pink
- Add pasta and water to the skillet. Cover, and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until pasta is nearly al dente and water is mostly absorbed. (Follow cooking time listed on pasta instructions.)
- Remove cover, and reduce heat to medium. Stir in ranch dressing and barbecue sauce.
- Stir in cheese, and cook until cheese is melted.
- Stir in bacon, and top with additional bacon and cheese, if desired.
