- 2 tablespoon quick-cooking boba
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar syrup
- 1 cup milk
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the boba to a small pot with boiled water and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- When they are ready, strain the boba and run them under cold water for a minute to cool down.
- Make the brown sugar syrup: if you don’t already have simple sugar syrup, try my 10-minute recipe.
- Then, add the boba pearls to about 1 teaspoon of the brown sugar syrup. This step will prevent them from clumping together.
- Add the boba and the ice cubes to your serving glass. Drip the brown sugar syrup down the sides of the glass and add the milk.
