- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 large frozen meatballs (or homemade if you have them)
- 2 slices of your favorite cheese cut into four small triangles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Heat frozen meatballs in the microwave for approximately 90 seconds. Then, cut each meatball in half.
- Unroll dough and separate into triangles. Place two triangles of cheese (1/2 slice) on one triangle of dough. Arrange 1-2 halves of meatball on top of the cheese. (Depends on size of your meatballs.)
- Place another triangle of dough over the top of the first. Press the edges together to seal.
- Place cheeseburger pockets on prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until tops are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving to avoid burns.
