These easy stuffed crescent rolls only need three ingredients! They are a perfect kid-friendly dinner or football food.

Meatball Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Meatballs and cheese are folded into crescent roll dough to make a little cheeseburger pocket sure to please everyone!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 large frozen meatballs (or homemade if you have them)
  • 2 slices of your favorite cheese cut into four small triangles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Heat frozen meatballs in the microwave for approximately 90 seconds. Then, cut each meatball in half.
  3. Unroll dough and separate into triangles. Place two triangles of cheese (1/2 slice) on one triangle of dough. Arrange 1-2 halves of meatball on top of the cheese. (Depends on size of your meatballs.)
  4. Place another triangle of dough over the top of the first. Press the edges together to seal.
  5. Place cheeseburger pockets on prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until tops are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving to avoid burns.
