- 8 pitted cherries fresh or thawed from frozen
- 3 tsp. agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- seltzer water
- ice
- 1 tbsp. half and half
Instructions
- Place cherries, agave nectar, and vanilla in a 12-ounce glass. Muddle to release the juices from the cherries with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Pour in a couple inches of seltzer water, and stir. Fill glass with ice, and add with seltzer to about an inch from the top. Gently stir with a long-handled spoon. Pour half and half over the top if desired. Serve with a straw and stir before sipping.
