- 1 tablespoon olive or safflower oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (I used Tapatio brand)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1–1/2 pounds fish fillets (catfish shown here)
- 8–10 small tortillas
- toppings of your choice (shredded cabbage, salsa, sliced avocado, etc.)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together lime juice, oil, hot sauce, and salt. Add fish and toss to coat. If you have time, leave in marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray. Saute fish until brown on both sides and cooked through (time varies depending on type of fish).
- To serve, place fish on tortilla and top with desired condiments. Yum!
