This easy smoothie recipe with mango and pineapple is a healthy, delicious alternative to a milkshake.

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey or to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. I do not have a regular blender, so I put everything in a deep measuring cup and use a stick blender.
  2. Divide smoothies between two glasses, and serve with straws. Use drink umbrellas at your own risk.


For a richer drink with more tropical flavor, substitute coconut milk for the regular milk!
