- 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and diced into 1” cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon natural kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Melt butter in oven-safe skillet (preferably iron) over medium-high heat.
- Add sweet potatoes, and stir to coat.
- Add remaining ingredients, and stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
- Bring to a simmer, then transfer uncovered skillet to preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so, until potatoes are tender.
