			- 2 pound ground chicken
 - 2 eggs
 - 1.5 cup parmesan grated
 - 1.5 cup breadcrumps
 - 1.5 teaspoon chopped prasley fresh
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - black pepper to taste
 - 4 tablespoon olive oil
 - additional herbs if desired
 
Instructions
- 
First of all, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and a little cooking spray (optional).
 - 
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl (clean your hands and use them for this step).
 - 
Now, roll the mixture into about 30 small balls. Place them on baking sheet.
 - 
Next, bake them for 25-30 minutes.
 -
