- 4 round pitas white or whole wheat
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano finely chopped (OK to substitute dried)
- kosher salt
- 6 ounces fresh goat cheese sliced into thin medallions
- 3 ounces feta cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
- 4 pepperoncinis sliced
- 12 kalamata olives sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Spread 2 tsp. olive oil evenly over one side of each pita. Sprinkle with a pinch of kosher salt and a couple pinches of oregano.

Evenly place goat cheese, tomato, pepperoncini, and olive slices over each pita. Sprinkle feta over the top of each pizza.

Place pizzas on a baking sheet, and bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, until feta begins to brown and pita isn’t too crispy. Slice each pizza into four pieces and serve.
Notes
Adjust amounts to taste. This would also be great with hummus spread on the pita instead of or in addition to the olive oil!
