- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate melted and slightly cooled
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 5 tablespoons cool whip thawed
- 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
- pre-made tartlet shells
- fresh berries for garnish
- fresh mint for garnish
- powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Add melted white chocolate and sour cream and beat until combined.

Gently fold in cool whip and lemon zest.

Spoon into tartlet shells and top with fresh berries, lemon zest, mint, and dust with powdered sugar.
