This simple, beautiful cocktail is perfect for brunch or New Year’s Eve!

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 1x

  1. Pour Chambord into a champagne flute. Use a small disher or teaspoon to scoop three small balls of sherbet, into the glass.
  2. Carefully pour champagne to fill the glass nearly to the top. Allow the bubbles to die down before adding more. Be prepared to sip overflowing bubbles.

Sherbet will make a creamier cocktail than the one in the photo, which is made with sorbet.

If you don’t have Chambord, you can leave it out and still have a tasty drink!
