Instructions

Quarter the red potatoes using a knife and a cutting board; keep the skin on.

Next, mash eggs with the red potatoes in a bowl using a fork or a potato masher.

Now, mix together mayo, sour cream, dill, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a small bowl.

When it comes to storing this potato salad, avoid leftovers, as mayonnaise does not freeze well. This potato dish can be kept in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Additionally, keep in mind not to leave it out on the counter for more than 2 hours.
