- 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese softened
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt fat free is fine
- 2 green onions sliced very thin, plus a little more for garnish if desired
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 oz. peppered hot smoked salmon shredded (discard skin)
Instructions

With a sturdy spoon or electric mixer, vigorously stir cream cheese and yogurt together until smooth and fluffy.

Stir in green onion, lemon juice, and salmon. Garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
You could substitute a small can or pouch of boneless, skinless salmon if you prefer. If using this substitution, add some coarsely ground black pepper as well.
