- 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce or to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pound tilapia fillets
- fish seasoning of your choice (I like Dale’s, but soy sauce or any seasoned salt would be fine.)
- 4 sturdy sandwich rolls
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- salad greens
Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice.

Season fish. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Brown fish on both sides until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.

Slice sandwich rolls in half, and toast or broil the inside surfaces until lightly brown. Spread both sides with spicy mayo, and divide fish pieces onto the bottom slice of each roll.

Top fish with tomato slices and lettuce, cover with top half of roll, and serve.
