- 2 tbsp. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro you can use 1 tsp dried cilantro instead
- 1 tsp. agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- dash of red pepper flakes
- 2 c. thawed frozen corn I used white and gold corn
- 1 ripe avocado diced
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, agave nectar, chili powder, salt, and red pepper flakes until smooth. Stir in corn until evenly coated.

Gently fold in diced avocado. Add additional lime or salt to taste.
