Ingredients

			- 12-16 oz. pasta of your choice (I prefer whole wheat or veggie pasta.)
 - 1 lb. raw Italian sausage removed from casings
 - 8 oz. mushrooms quartered or sliced
 - 28 oz. parmesan and vodka pasta sauce
 
Instructions
- 
Bring stockpot of salted water to a boil. (Cover pot to speed up the process.)
 - 
While water heats, spray a deep 12″ skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium-high heat. Add sausage, and brown and crumble meat. When meat is almost done, add mushrooms. Saute until meat is cooked through. Drain, and return to pan.
 - 
Stir in pasta sauce. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer until pasta is ready.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and gently stir noodles into sauce until evenly coated.
