- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 1/2 cups full-fat chocolate ice cream softened to soft serve consistency
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, and set aside.
- Stir bananas and ice cream together. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until dry ingredients are completely incorporated.
- Pour dough into prepared pan, and bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Bread is done when toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
