Chocolate Ice Cream Banana Bread

Do you like ice cream and bananas? You’ll want to try this easy recipe for Chocolate Ice Cream Banana Bread!

This easy and delicious ice cream banana bread recipe is fun and easy to make!

Did you know you can make bread with ice cream? I hope so because I showed you before with my vanilla ice cream bread recipe, but today we’re going to take it to the next level. This recipe is automatically better than my first one because it is chocolate. Plus, it has bananas, so I think that makes it acceptable to eat for breakfast. It’s also good as dessert or a snack of course. My husband and I might have eaten half the loaf while watching a movie the other night…

Do you go to the movies often? We only take our kids to the theater occasionally. My oldest gets scared super easily, so we can only go to the most mild films. All those classics where the mom gets killed in the first scene are definitely out. I honestly can’t remember the last adult movie Matt and I went to. Oh wait! I do! We went to see the last Star Trek movie in Tennessee while our boys stayed with their grandparents. I liked it! Since then, we’ve seen exactly zero movies in the theater that don’t involve cartoon characters. It’s so much easier to stay home and watch a movie on the TV instead of schlepping to the theater, and then we can be in comfy clothes on our own couch eating our own food (like ice cream banana bread).

The next time you have ripe bananas on hand (which is pretty much always in my case), I hope you’ll get some ice cream and try this unique banana bread recipe. It’s not too sweet and easy to make. I just know you’ll love it!

You have to try chocolate ice cream banana bread. You'll love how easy and tasty it is!

I also wanted the recipe for the one with the bananas layered on top but it wouldn’t open. Help! In the meantime I’m going to try the Chocolate Banana Ice Cream Bread.
