- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
- 1 pound Smithfield Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinated Fresh Pork Tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 ounces bite-sized pasta uncooked
- 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice plus more to taste
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese reduced fat OK
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in deep 12″ skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry pork in hot oil until mostly cooked on the outside.

Stir in pasta, chicken broth, water, and lemon juice. Bring to a low boil. Continue boiling, stirring frequently for recommended cook time on the pasta package.

About two minutes before pasta is finished, stir in cream cheese and parmesan cheese until cheeses are melted about sauce is creamy. Serve with additional parmesan and lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
- Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork is available at local Walmart stores nationwide.
- If you choose an original recipe pork tenderloin, saute two cloves of crushed garlic and one teaspoon of Italian seasoning with the pork.
