  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Choose your favorite type of cheese. You can also add some extra bacon for meat lovers!
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper Feel free to spice and flavor to your liking.

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Put 1/4 cup of butter in a 9×13 glass baking pan and place it in the preheating oven.
  2. Whisk 10 eggs with 1 cup of milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Also, feel free to season to your family’s liking!
  4. Remove the pan with the butter from the oven. Pour the egg mixture on top and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Your baked omelet with cheese is ready! However, if you want proper scrambled eggs in the oven, break them up with a spatula after 10 minutes. Repeat the process every 5 minutes until the eggs are completely cooked.
