In a large pot, boil pasta in salted water. Respect the instructions from the pasta packaging. Cook pasta aldente and drain.
Toss the pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and chili flakes.
Next, place pasta on a baking pan, using a baking paper.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 18 – 20 minutes (depending on your oven power) until they are crispy and golden brown.
Serve with your favorite sauces! I used tomato and hot pepper sauce.
If you have an air fryer, just cook your seasoned pasta in a preheated air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 180°C/350°F, shaking half way until they are golden brown.
