- 12 wheat dinner rolls
- 1 c. pizza sauce
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese or 8 oz. fresh mozzarella sliced
- desired toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers (Get creative!)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice rolls in half, and arrange the bottom halves in a single layer in a baking dish. Spread about 1 tbsp. of sauce on each roll, top with desired toppings and mozzarella.

Bake without the top halves of the rolls in the preheated oven for five minutes. Carefully place the top half of a roll on each sandwich, and bake another 7-10 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown.
