Get ready for another recipe that works as a fun dinner or party food: Easy Pizza Sliders!
I must be in a party mood because these pizza sliders come on the heels of the little sausage rolls I shared just a couple days ago. My life definitely hasn’t felt like a party this week, but having a potty trained 3-year-old is certainly cause for celebration! These cute pizza sandwiches come together easily with wheat dinner rolls and a few other ingredients that suit your tastes. This time I used pepperoni and black olives. Bake them up, and you have pizza sliders ready to go! Not only do these make for a fun dinner, they are also perfect for potlucks. You could make up a couple pans of them in no time and watch them disappear when you put them out in front of a crowd.
Slice rolls in half, and arrange the bottom halves in a single layer in a baking dish. Spread about 1 tbsp. of sauce on each roll, top with desired toppings and mozzarella.
Bake without the top halves of the rolls in the preheated oven for five minutes. Carefully place the top half of a roll on each sandwich, and bake another 7-10 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown.

Andi, these are so fun! AND, the fact it’s celebration time with the finale of potty training… I so remember those days like they were yesterday! Love how easy these are and how the topping can be endless, pinning and making these for my little East for lunch next week. :)

Hi, Gloria! Sorry I’m a little slow to reply. I hope your little guy likes the sandwiches as much as we did! xo

Thank you, Tanya! My oldest practically learned to use the potty by himself at a very young age, so the “training” part is new to me. We’re getting there though! Have a great weekend!

These look fabulous! Pizza anything is a weakness of mine. Yes, potty trained 3 year old is a reason to celebrate. I’m about to be starting that with my 2 year old this summer.

I thought I would have him out of diapers way younger because my oldest started using the potty before he was two. This little guy had his own plan! Once he decided he was ready it went smoothly though, so I can’t complain. Good luck with your little one!
