Ingredients

- 6 mint leaves washed
- 1/4 lime juiced
- 1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- seltzer water
- additional mint for garnish optional
Instructions

Roll mint leaves back and forth in your hands several times to bruise them. Place in a 12-oz. rocks glass.

Add lime juice, pomegranate juice, and rum. Fill glass 2/3 full with ice.

Top with seltzer, and gently stir with a long-handled spoon. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
