- 1 Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper pork tenderloin cut into 1” pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour (gluten-free flour OK)
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth (beef broth OK)
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed pork, and saute in butter until just cooked through (about 5 minutes).

Sprinkle flour over pork, and stir to coat.

Pour in broth about a half cup at a time. Stir until smooth before adding more. Once all broth is added, simmer, stirring often, for about 5 minutes until gravy is thickened.
Notes
Serve pork tips and gravy over cooked rice or egg noodles.
