- 10–12 ounces mixed baby greens
- 2 cups roasted turkey breast shredded (or substitute rotisserie chicken)
- 2 large tomatoes diced
- 1 large avocado diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- Ranch dressing I make my own from Robyn’s View
Instructions

Fill four large bowls about 2/3 full of salad greens.

Evenly distribute turkey, tomatoes, avocado, cheddar cheese, and bacon over each bowl of greens.

Drizzle Ranch dressing over each salad to taste.
Notes
You can also gently toss all the ingredients together in a large serving bowl and serve with salad tongs.
