- 1 Smithfield Boneless Pork Shoulder Carnitas
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup green salsa
- 2 poblano peppers chopped
- 15 ounces canned pinto beans drained
- 15 ounces canned Northern white beans drained
- 4 cups cooked rice
- sour cream (optional)
Instructions

Add pork, water, salsa, peppers, and beans to slow cooker. Gently stir to combine. Cook on high 8 hours.

Serve pork and beans over hot rice. Top individual portions with sour cream if desired.
