- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. molasses
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1–2 jalapenos sliced into rings
Instructions

Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, molasses, sugar, and garlic powder. Stir in jalapeno slices. Add chicken, and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 8 hours.

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken to hot skillet, and cook about 8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. (These would also be great grilled!)
Notes
This dish might be too spicy for kids, so you could leave out the jalapenos and still have tasty molasses chicken!
