- 1 fluid ounce Irish whiskey
- 1–1/2 fluid ounces soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
- a few grinds black pepper
Instructions

In a medium bowl or plastic container, stir together whiskey, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. Add meat, and flip pieces over a few times to cover them evenly in marinade.

Allow meat to soak at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before cooking.

Grill or brown meat on the stovetop in an iron skillet. Enjoy!
