- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil/butter
- 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil with 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Then, add your beans and cook for 4 minutes.
- Drain, then rinse them under cold tap water to cool. Shake off excess water.
- Heat olive oil/butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Next, add green beans and garlic. Toss/stir for 4 minutes until the garlic is golden and crispy.

Finally, add salt and pepper, then toss. Transfer the sauteed green beans to a serving dish and serve warm!
