Do you like making pizza at home? I sure do! I love that I have total control over what goes in it and can put the exact amount of sauce, toppings, and cheese that I want.
There has been a lot of talk going around about 2-Ingredient Pizza Dough, and I was excited to give it a try. I read many comments warning me not to use a 1:1 ratio of flour and yogurt, so I modified the measurements. I don’t use self-rising flour, so I added a leavening agent to all-purpose flour. I also added garlic powder and salt to give a flavor boost. All this turned into easy, chewy pizza crust!
You really want to use a stand mixer for this recipe if possible. Mine has a dough hook, and the mixer does all the work for me. If you don’t have a mixer, you can stir it as best you can by hand and then knead it for about 10 minutes. I haven’t made it by hand this way, but I’m sure it will work.
