- 6 ripe peaches halved, pits removed
- 6 ounces goat cheese seasoned with salt and pepper
- 12–14 leaves basil half chiffonaded
- EVOO
- sea salt
- Cracked pepper
Instructions

In small bowl place goat cheese and 2 TBSP EVOO. Combine, season with S & P to taste.

Brush peach halves with EVOO.

Place peaches face down on hot grill. Rotate once to create crosshatch grill marks. Remove from grill to cool.

Place seasoned goat cheese in each peach halve. Top with basil and sea salt and cracked pepper.
