Enjoy a rich moment at home with these quick and easy Strawberry Cheesecake RITZ Sandwiches! Kids and grownups both love them!
Don’t you love simple treats that you can easily make at home like these RITZ sandwiches (RITZwiches if you will…)? I am such a homebody. I would pretty much always rather be home with my fam than out on the town. A friend told me recently that her husband was going to a super fancy restaurant for a business dinner, and she wished she could go. I would be very happy to skip that scene. Fancy restaurants are way too expensive, snooty, and dressy for my taste. I feel much more content when I’m relaxed and comfortable. You know what RITZ says about it?
“RITZ believes that living a rich life doesn’t come as a result of the size of a bank account, but from shared moments, relationships, and interactions you have with those who matter most.”
This really speaks to me! Even if I had the money to spend a fortune on luxury dining, I don’t think I would choose to do so. Who wants to sit in a stuffy restaurant when you can be making strawberry cheesecake stacks in your comfy clothes at home? That IS a rich life if you ask me! My son and I had so much fun making these together. I bet your family will enjoy them too.
Let’s just talk for a minute about this super easy snack or dessert idea. Buttery, flaky RITZ crackers are spread with light cream cheese, sprinkled with brown sugar, and topped with a fresh strawberry slice. You only need those few ingredients to enjoy this treat, and kids can even make them by themselves! These have after school snack written all over them, or they would also be great at a party or picnic.
I swear, my kids love making cracker sandwiches out of just about anything. The other day, I had a sandwich with crackers, and my youngest had a burger and fries. He took my crackers and made a french fry sandwich with them! What kind of RITZ recipes do you like to make? Have you tried their Cream Cheese & Mango Salsa RITZwich yet with Safeway Signature Fresh Made Mango Salsa? Holy yum. OR, how about a Quesadilla Fresca version like this.
There are endless options to try! How do you enjoy yours? Leave me a comment sharing your tasty combinations!

Thanks, Roxana! I think I’m going to make some more for my boys today (or let them make them themselves)!
Queso is delicious. It is gooey, cheesy, and spicy. It is an absolute comfort food and something that is at its best when made with simple, grocery store ingredients. But for those of you that love...
Crema Mexicana (or Mexican style sour cream) is rich, smooth, slightly sweet and pourable. It works great as a condiment or as a substitute for sour cream or creme fraiche in dip and sauce recipes.
If you are like me I am sure you have made or eaten plenty of sour cream and onion dips that are made with onion soup mix or flavoring packets. Now those can be good, but this dip is GREAT! The only problem...
This is a herbaceous and fresh cilantro lime crema dip recipe that has only 3 ingredients, crema Mexicana, limes, and cilantro. It is amazing drizzled on tacos, nachos, quesadillas. I love this recipe...
I am a huge fan of queso, but it is often not realistic to whip up at home without substantially more prep time. I love this dip recipe because it allows you to have a lot of the flavor components of queso...
