Don’t miss this easy coquito recipe: A rich, creamy coconut cocktail!
Guys, I have something special for you today. REALLY special. This drink is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever sipped, and I’m not even exaggerating. If you like coconut, you don’t want to pass this one up. A couple years ago, I started making this on Christmas Eve. I give the kids a mug sans rum before bed, and then The Pants and I drink the spiked version while wrapping gifts. I don’t even mind wrapping ridiculously shaped presents or assembling stubborn toys as long as I have a glass of coquito nearby. Don’t wait until next Christmas to try this! It is perfect for any day of the year, but probably not every day of the year or else you’ll have to buy bigger pants. (That’s the only thing stopping me.)

I’m sorry I didn’t know how to help you when you first asked. I just went to check again, and it looks like you got it sorted out! Is everything going more smoothly now?

This cocktail sounds AMAZING!!! I’m not a big drinker, but when I do drink, I enjoy drinks like this one! :D
If I win, I would mostly likely spend the money on some fun baking dishes or cookware or tableware I have been eyeing. I don’t know where I would put them though…maybe some can go towards a good organizer than as well! ;)
Andi says
Thank you, Monique! This cocktail is really a treat. I would love to buy lots more plates and props for my photos too, but I’m like you and don’t have space to put it all! Let me know if you come up with a good system for organizing them :)

I would love to use it on something really fun. Maybe towards a mini vacation to somewhere warm. It’s been so cold here lately with the polar vortex, it’s supposed to be -20 tomorrow and I don’t think that’s including the windshield. So a little fun in the sun, would be my choice. Thank you for the giveaway.
Andi says
-20?! That is crazy!! Where do you live? I won’t even mention what the weather is like in San Francisco right now. Thank you so much for entering. Good luck, and I hope you get some fun in the sun one way or another!

In Indiana. Growing up we would have really cold winters or mild temps with a lot of snow….but it’s been pretty mild for the last 10 years or so, until this year. We’ve been hit with a mix of both this year. A lot of snow and subzero temperatures.

For the contest, I need a Kitchen Aid stand mixer in the worst way. If I had a few dollars left I would get an extra bowl for it!! Great giveaway. Thank you so much! I am a brand new trying to get into blogging but more for my family. I love to cook and have made so many recipes for Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Dixie Crystal Sugar that I would like to post them on my own website. So any pointers are very much appreciated. I am a retired nurse and am not blogging for income so maybe I am more of a blogger/journalist? Who knows? I do love to take pictures of the food I create though! You have my email and any thoughts would surely be helpful and appreciated. I am getting word press set up today! Wish me luck I am not computer savvy either..lol..

Hi again, Bea! I would be happy to help you! Feel free to email me any time with questions. Are you going to use WordPress.com? That would make your life a lot easier. You can’t use ads or anything, but if you don’t plan to try to monetize it then that wouldn’t be a problem for you. That’s how I started, but then I wanted to do more and moved over to WordPress.org. Be sure to let me know when your site is up so I can check it out!

I love this coconut drink recipe! I am a Pina Colada girl for sure and I have everything to make this with. Our high today is only in the lower 20’s so I think I might indulge tonight. I have never learned how to drink..lol..my friends have tried everything but if I cannot taste the liquor then I can manage. I think yours will be good! Great idea for sure!

I hope you like it, Bea! I might have learned how to drink a little too well ;) This cojito is definitely one that tastes delicious and you can hardly taste the alcohol. You can also make it with less rum or none at all and still have a tasty drink!
