These oven baked tacos are my new favorite way to enjoy this classic dinner! Bake up a pan for your family this week, and enjoy a fun meal together.
I LOVE taco night, and this is my new favorite way to make crunchy tacos! Have you tried making tacos in the oven yet? You stuff crunchy shells with meat, beans, cheese, and whatever else you want, stand them up in a pan, and then bake them until hot.
The baking process makes the shells pliable enough to not break in half and leave you with a plateful of disintegrated taco, but still sturdy enough to hold up to all the delicious fillings. Serve your baked tacos with a toppings bar including shredded cabbage or lettuce, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and whatever other fixings you like.
Not only do I love these baked tacos, my whole family does too! I made them for a weekend lunch recently, and I was so happy that I made a meal that every single person liked! That doesn’t happen at our house that often. At all. My boys are kinda picky and kinda spoiled, so they don’t eat most of the recipes I share with you here. These are winner for kids and adults though. I hope you enjoy these oven tacos as much as we do!
