Remember last month when I combined two classic Ragú® recipes to make a new one? That time it was a tailgating theme, and I made Chicken Margherita Potato Skins. Now I get to do it again, but this time it’s a holiday theme! This one speaks to me more since I’m the opposite of a sports fan but absolutely love the holidays. The hardest part this time around was narrowing down my choices!

Turkey Spinach Alfredo Pizza - Your Thanksgiving leftovers just got a lot more awesome. #NewTraDish

In the end, I found inspiration for my recipe mashup in the Tuscan Style Sausage Sandwich and Chunky Gardenstyle Pizza to come up with this Turkey Spinach Alfredo Pizza. Now, clearly I got pretty creative because it doesn’t exactly resemble either of those dishes, but it IS a pizza and DOES have spinach. You could also make this recipe as French bread pizzas instead of on a traditional pizza crust if you wanted to lean more towards the sandwich idea.

This pizza may be the best way to use leftover turkey EVER. Pizza crust is spread with a creamy layer of spinach Alfredo, topped with shredded turkey, and smothered in gooey melted cheese. Forget the cranberry sauce. THIS is the right way to enjoy turkey!

Since this Alfredo pizza uses Ragú® Classic Alfredo Sauce and a pre-made pizza crust, it really couldn’t be much easier. The rich and creamy sauce has a taste the whole family will love, and it pairs beautifully with the spinach and turkey.  You can find more easy recipe ideas from Ragú® on Facebook and Pinterest!

Turkey Spinach Alfredo Pizza: An Unbelievably Easy Dinner Recipe!

This easy spinach Alfredo pizza recipe is a perfect way to turn your leftover turkey or chicken into an amazing dinner!

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or temperature recommended for your crust of choice.
  2. Cook spinach and squeeze dry. (I used spinach that came in a steamer bag for the microwave, so I followed the instructions on that and then pressed it dry in a wire mesh strainer.)
  3. Stir spinach and Alfredo sauce together, and spread evenly over pizza crust. Arrange shredded turkey or chicken over the spinach, and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is evenly melted and crust is brown. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Amounts for turkey and cheese are approximate.

This is going to sound lame, but I never thought of using leftover turkey I a artisan pizza. What a GREAT idea.
After all the ‘formal’ food, it would be nice to have something that was more casual.

I don’t think it’s lame! Before I moved to California, there was so much I had never heard of putting on pizza like chicken or fresh tomatoes. I led a sheltered life ;) I hope you get a chance to try this pizza either with leftover turkey or chicken at some point because it’s so easy and good!
