This club salad loaded with turkey, bacon, and avocado is just right for summer because it’s easy and doesn’t heat up the kitchen!

Ranch Turkey Club Salad is perfect for when you don’t feel like cooking, don’t want to heat up the kitchen, or need a quick dinner.  This hearty dinner salad fits the bill for all those situations!  To really make this like a club sandwich, I could have added croutons, but I’m not actually a big crouton fan.  Instead, I suggest serving it with garlic bread or plain sourdough to add the bread element.  Try Herbed Garlic Bread from my Shrimp Boil Dinner recipe, or skip the baking and just slice a crusty baguette to keep it simple!

Hi, Anne! Mixed baby greens are also called spring mix around here. It’s just a blend of tender salad greens like spinach, arugula, red romaine lettuce, etc. You can use whatever kind of lettuce is available near you. That is 10-12 ounces, so a little less than a pound. I’m not sure what the 2 s. you are referring to is. Maybe you meant 2 c. which is two cups. I hope that helps! Please feel free to email me if you have any other questions, and thanks so much for your visit!
