- 4 cups prepared tomato juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon dill relish
- 2 teaspoons La Victoria hot sauce such as Cholula
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups vodka
- Tajin classic seasoning for rim
- 8 small celery heart stalks with leaves for serving
- thick-cut bacon and deviled egg Optional garnish
Instructions
- Combine tomato juice, relish, lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, celery seeds, and cayenne in a large pitcher. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
- Just before serving, stir vodka into tomato base and pour into tall ice-filled glasses. Garnish the rim of each glass with Tajin seasoning. Finish with a celery stalk, a thick cut slice of bacon, and your favorite deviled egg.
